Who this form is for

This contact form is the front door for procurement-credible inquiries. We respond personally to every submission. We do not run an SDR funnel, we do not route inquiries to a marketing automation, and we do not send mass follow-up sequences. The reply you receive will be from a senior member of the firm, and it will be specific to the scope you describe.

Procurement officers and contracting officers: send your RFI, RFP, or pre-solicitation language. We respond within one business day with a capability statement, a brief written response to your stated need, and (where appropriate) a same-week phone call. The full capability package, with named past-performance citations and federal-contractor verification documents, follows within five business days of mutual NDA execution.

Agency CTOs, IT directors, and program officers: send a brief on the question you are trying to answer. We respond within one business day with a capability statement and a calendar link for a no-obligation discovery call to scope fit. If the question is outside our practice areas, we will say so and where possible point you to a more appropriate firm.

Enterprise IT leaders evaluating consulting partners: send a brief on the program. We will reply with a capability summary and a calendar link. Most enterprise engagements begin with a 30-minute call to understand current state, followed by a written capability response that maps our practice to the program's stated needs.

Prime contractors evaluating Johnson Intelligence Group as a teaming partner or subcontractor: we welcome these inquiries. We are routinely added to teaming arrangements as the senior technology advisor on engagements where the prime needs depth in AI strategy, cloud modernization, or FedRAMP advisory. Our standard teaming agreement is available on request and we are comfortable working to a prime's standard agreement.

What happens after you submit

Within one business day: a personal email reply from a senior member of the firm. The reply includes a capability statement (PDF attachment), a written response addressed to the specific scope you described, and a calendar link for a no-obligation discovery call. If you indicated an active RFI or RFP timeline, we prioritize accordingly.

Within five business days of mutual NDA execution: the full capability package. This includes named past-performance citations with verifiable references, expanded engagement summaries, federal-contractor verification documents (UEI, CAGE, SAM.gov registration confirmation, certificate of insurance), our standard SOW templates, and (where applicable) a sample technical approach for the engagement type you have described.

Office and team

Johnson Intelligence Group is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We deliver nationally across the United States, with regular travel to client sites in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and West Coast. We deliver remote-first engagements as well; the appropriate operating model depends on the client's security posture and preference.

The firm is an operating practice of Digital Minerz LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Insurance, federal contractor verification, and corporate governance documentation are all available on request and routinely shared as part of the formal capability package.
